What you will do

• Define the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for a global enterprise retail application portfolio.
• Oversee the development of cloud-native POS solutions and AI-powered retail experiences, including fraud detection and item recognition.
• Lead product strategies for global promotions, loyalty programs, and campaign orchestration.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 20 product professionals.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Sales to align product vision with market opportunities and business priorities.
• Drive cloud revenue growth and facilitate the migration of legacy customers to next-generation platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS or platform organizations.
• Deep domain knowledge in retail checkout flows (including SCO), loyalty systems, and payments.
• Technical acumen in cloud architecture, client deployment, and ML/AI integrations.
• Proven track record of managing an organization of ~20 direct reports.
• Experience shipping complex, regulated, high-throughput products with measurable commercial impact.
• Must be based in Poland or Germany

• Experience supporting tier-1 retailers in Grocery, Fuel, Fashion, or Duty-Free industries.
• Exposure to regulatory, fiscalization, or compliance-driven product environments.
• Hands-on experience launching Computer Vision or Machine Learning products.
• Success leading cloud transformation and legacy modernization initiatives.
