What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery for the AI-native Workspace product, from discovery through to release.
• Conduct ongoing customer research and synthesize findings into clear, prioritized product opportunities.
• Document detailed feature requirements to ensure engineering clarity and alignment.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to coordinate launches.
• Define and track success metrics for features to drive continuous, data-driven improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product features and their implementation.
• Proven ability to drive product delivery end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong discovery skills, including experience with customer interviews and data synthesis.
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Lausanne, Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), IT operations, or enterprise workplace technology.
• Background in UX thinking or experience working in a product trio.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks and product discovery methodologies like JTBD.
