Location: Hybrid in Lausanne, Switzerland. Relocation package available for candidates coming from another country.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end product delivery for the AI-native Workspace product, from discovery through to release.
- Conduct ongoing customer research and synthesize findings into clear, prioritized product opportunities.
- Document detailed feature requirements to ensure engineering clarity and alignment.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to coordinate launches.
- Define and track success metrics for features to drive continuous, data-driven improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
- Familiarity with AI-powered product features and their implementation.
- Proven ability to drive product delivery end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Strong discovery skills, including experience with customer interviews and data synthesis.
- Professional-level English, spoken and written.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Lausanne, Switzerland.
Nice to have
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), IT operations, or enterprise workplace technology.
- Background in UX thinking or experience working in a product trio.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks and product discovery methodologies like JTBD.
