TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end development of AI Agent "skills," including pre-release QA and conversational quality optimization.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify journey friction and translate findings into actionable user stories.
• Design and execute A/B tests on conversational flows to improve automation and user retention KPIs.
• Align global product goals with local brand needs to ensure AI behaviors are culturally relevant across different regions.
• Partner with engineering and data science to define and monitor AI guardrails for technical safety and empathy in edge cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Technical understanding of how LLMs and Machine Learning models function.
• Analytical fluency with the ability to translate SQL queries into product insights.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.

• Experience with conversational UI/UX design.
