Location: Hybrid (Israel - Raanana). 2 days office, 3 days remote

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and hands-on creation of AI-native CX solutions across the hirify.global platform.
• Personally design, prototype, and validate AI-driven product experiences to de-risk complexity.
• Translate market research and data analysis into actionable roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Drive data-driven decision making using analytics and model performance insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience with enterprise-grade cloud or on-prem solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience building AI-powered, data-driven, or automation-centric products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
• Ability to personally prototype solutions and work deeply with data science teams.
• Experience influencing global stakeholders and managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Must be based in or able to work in Raanana, Israel under a hybrid model.
• Willingness to travel globally.
