Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid: must be in office at least 25% of the time)

Salary: $360,000 - $435,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies, owning the full sales cycle.
• Navigate federal civilian procurement, including FAR/DFAR compliance and security standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and agency leadership to become a trusted AI advisor.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with agency missions and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and system integrators to ensure successful AI deployment.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to refine federal offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience specifically in the federal civilian space.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies and exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of federal civilian agency missions, challenges, and technology needs.
• Extensive experience with federal civilian contracting vehicles and complex procurement mechanisms.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Washington, DC (Hybrid)
