What you will do

• Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned with the change management framework.
• Manage change journeys, assess business needs, and support transformation business cases.
• Select and apply change management tools, interpret results, and support decision-making.
• Identify improvement opportunities, develop new tools, and mitigate people-impact and adoption risks.
• Coordinate interfaces across teams and processes, lead smaller independent implementation projects, and manage budgets up to €10,000.
• Contribute to standards and best practices, coach colleagues, and deliver training sessions.

Requirements

• Professional knowledge of theoretical concepts and principles in change management.
• Experience leading change projects and applying change management tools.
• Strong communication, cross-collaboration, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, and IT/security solution teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DW team processes and interfaces.
• Knowledge of digital solutions and AI.
