What you will do
- Own and execute the local partner roadmap (GSI + RSI) aligned with France's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Country and District Managers to drive bookings, consumption, and partner-sourced acquisitions.
- Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing partner team in France.
- Negotiate complex commercial and legal agreements to drive solution development.
- Manage internal stakeholders, lead forecast calls, and conduct pipeline reviews.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the French cloud and data partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led revenue.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted C-suite relationships.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Must be based in Paris, France for on-site work.
