TL;DR

What you will do
- Own the reseller, integrator, and consulting partner strategy end-to-end for the French market.
- Build and manage relationships with leading SIs, consultancies, and resellers.
- Design and pilot partner incentive and enablement models.
- Generate qualified enterprise pipeline through partner-led opportunities.
- Scale the programme against regional growth targets and drive closed-won ARR.
- Onboard, enable, and activate partners to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience building and scaling an in-country SaaS/Cloud solution.
- 4+ years owning RSI, GSI, and hyperscaler partnerships with proven co-sell revenue.
- Builder mindset with experience creating partner motions from 0→1.
- Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products.
- Must be based in France.
- French language proficiency required.

- Mix of experience in both sales and partnerships/alliances.
- Experience working at both large corporations and smaller, early-stage companies.
