What you will do

• Lead and extend the core platform for managing distributed energy resources.
• Conduct research and leverage analytics to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Define, prioritize, and iterate on new product features using hypothesis validation.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, sales, and product marketing to deliver strategic priorities.
• Balance long-term strategic bets with short-term improvements to optimize speed of learning.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of software product management experience with a track record of business impact.
• Experience with electric utilities, IoT, or modern grid management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to align and influence cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex technical projects from ambiguity to delivery.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
