What you will do

• Own the end-to-end deployment workflow, from the deployment application to the physical installation of hardware at customer sites.
• Define best-in-class deployment standards and build scalable tools and processes to make them repeatable.
• Collaborate with iOS and Android mobile teams to shape the user experience for field installers.
• Partner with the firmware team to align device behavior and constraints with deployment requirements.
• Travel to customer sites to observe real-world deployments and identify friction points firsthand.
• Translate field feedback into clear technical specifications and product priorities for engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally with hardware, IoT, or field-deployed systems.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City (4 days in office).
• Ability to bridge communication between mobile engineers, firmware engineers, and field services personnel.
• Strong bias toward operational clarity and converting messy field processes into structured workflows.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed to oversee deployments.
