What you will do

• Own the strategy for device data ingestion from a diverse portfolio of OEM partners, including solar inverters, batteries, and HVAC systems.
• Design and maintain data transformation layers and standardized schemas to normalize heterogeneous device signals.
• Build self-service capabilities and documentation to enable other internal teams to query and act on device data independently.
• Develop outcome-driven alerting logic to reduce false positives and improve dispatch quality for field services.
• Define how energy production and consumption data is presented to homeowners to enhance energy transparency.
• Lead product strategy, OKRs, and roadmaps while leveraging AI to accelerate discovery and team productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically with data platforms, IoT, or hardware-connected systems.
• Proven track record of owning integration roadmaps and managing external vendor/partner relationships.
• Experience building monitoring, alerting, or operational intelligence products.
• Data fluency with SQL proficiency or equivalent comfort with data tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
