What you will do
- Develop and execute channel strategies for DTC and pure-play retail partners to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Build and manage joint business plans with indirect customers in collaboration with direct distributors.
- Own end-to-end digital shelf execution, including content, imagery, and search visibility across e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sell-out data and market metrics to translate insights into actionable commercial plans.
- Manage promotional budgets and trade spend to maximize ROI and ensure margin targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on regional commercial goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of commercial or sales experience in consumer electronics or comparable consumer goods.
- Proven track record of managing and growing e-commerce or pure-play accounts.
- Experience working with indirect channels and third-party distributors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting sell-out data and digital shelf metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central or retail media platforms.
- Background in category management or trade marketing.
- Familiarity with DTC website commerce operations.
- Multilingual capability relevant to the market scope.
