What you will do

• Identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-volume merchants across the MENA region.
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, commercial structuring, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with senior decision-makers within financial institutions and PSPs.
• Execute regional expansion strategies targeting high-impact verticals such as gaming, iGaming, e-commerce, and digital services.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions and streamline merchant onboarding.
• Analyze merchant performance data to optimize commercial terms and maximize ecosystem leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven enterprise-level business development experience with C-suite negotiation skills.
• Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, or financial institutions in the target region.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating compliance considerations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into scalable strategies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required to coordinate with local and overseas stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dubai, UAE.
