• Deliver 15%+ year-over-year growth for assigned key accounts.
• Shape and pitch strategic AI transformation agendas to CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
• Lead structured account planning and collaborate with internal engineering teams to expand service offerings.
• Manage procurement and legal negotiations to secure and defend business cases.
• Act as the primary custodian of client success and secure public testimonials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in key account leadership for a professional services firm.
• Proven track record managing accounts worth $20M+.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal shaping and contract negotiations.
• AI fluency with the ability to lead value-based conversations in an industry context.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
