TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SLED): Managing and growing state, local government, and education accounts with an accent on product adoption, account retention, and public sector procurement. Location: Hybrid in-office (Tampa, FL or Austin, TX) – 4 days per week

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of SLED clients to identify expansion opportunities and support evolving IT needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to government IT leaders on budget constraints and regulatory compliance.
- Execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies for RMM, endpoint management, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Navigate government procurement, RFPs, and cooperative purchasing agreements.
- Utilize Salesforce for revenue forecasting and managing customer engagement.
- Track SLED technology trends and funding sources to position the company as a strategic partner.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling IT solutions to state, local governments, or education institutions.
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes, budget cycles, and compliance.
- Strong experience in consultative selling and relationship management with public sector leaders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM best practices.
- Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
