What you will do

• Design and develop full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures for secure identity and authentication services.
• Develop accessible user interfaces adhering to Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements.
• Build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications within AWS environments, utilizing CloudWatch and RDS.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Collaborate with product, security, and privacy stakeholders to deliver scalable federal solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing full-stack applications with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript and React.
• Experience with AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices, including WCAG and Section 508 compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Familiarity with NIST Digital Identity Guidelines (SP 800-63-3).
• Experience with identity proofing, document verification, or fraud detection.
• Background in supporting federal digital identity or highly regulated government systems.
