Salary: $163,000 – $247,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and test core products within the Time and Scheduling domain.
• Scale one of the world's largest Ruby on Rails and React applications.
• Mentor other engineers to solve complex technical problems at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams to prototype and launch features daily.
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from specification to post-launch iteration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building scalable solutions and owning multi-quarter projects with measurable customer impact.
• Experience leveraging AI tools or frameworks to improve development and product capabilities.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale refactors and performance/reliability issues.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Travel to hirify.global's office for onboarding is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with or interest in Ruby on Rails.
• Appreciation for a collaborative, test-driven development (TDD) environment.
