What you will do
- Act as the Tier-3/SME technical escalation point for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem.
- Resolve major and complex incidents and drive root-cause analysis to implement durable fixes.
- Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant and platform configuration to ensure security and compliance.
- Manage Entra ID access controls, including users, groups, licenses, and RBAC.
- Execute standard changes and operational tasks utilizing PowerShell and scripting.
- Operate within an ITIL-aligned operational model to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 collaboration or platform administration/support.
- Intermediate administration skills for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Operational experience with Entra ID (users, groups, licenses, RBAC) and awareness of Conditional Access.
- Basic proficiency in PowerShell and scripting for operational tasks.
- French: B2 minimum proficiency required.
- English: Professional working proficiency required.
- Must be based in or able to work from Wroclaw, Poland.

- MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certification.
- SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator) certification.
- MS-700 (Teams Administrator) certification.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
