IT Systems Engineer (Infrastructure/Automation): Designing and optimizing automation solutions for operating systems and hybrid cloud environments with an accent on operational efficiency and self-service IT tools. Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Warsaw, Poland. Remote work is possible only from within Poland. Relocation to Poland is required for those residing abroad.

Salary: 12,900 – 17,700 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Design and maintain advanced automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Bash to streamline IT operations.
• Lead automation projects aimed at improving team velocity and optimizing existing infrastructure tools.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC), proactive monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with the ITSECOPS department and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all implemented automation tools and processes.
• Research and implement industry best practices to continuously improve IT automation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT process automation, programming, or advanced systems administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Python or PowerShell.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, and version control systems like Git or Perforce.
• Knowledge of monitoring and visualization tools including Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Working proficiency in both Polish and English required.
