AppOps Engineer (Enterprise)

What you will do

• Administer and maintain enterprise application environments and ensure operational stability.
• Support application migration activities during the data center transformation.
• Manage production changes and oversee operational activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Automate selected operational tasks using scripting.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in Application Operations, Administration, or Support.
• Experience working within large corporate organizations.
• Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL or T-SQL.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python, or Perl.
• Fluent Polish and English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience within payments or financial services.
• Experience supporting transactional systems or data center migration projects.
• Knowledge of application servers, networking, TLS, and load balancing.
• Experience with release and configuration management.
