What you will do

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Server farms and SharePoint Online environments.
• Provide 2nd line support for incidents and service requests.
• Optimize and tune SharePoint platforms to ensure performance and scalability.
• Design and support hybrid architectures integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft 365.
• Manage migrations and modernization initiatives using ShareGate.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to harmonize operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar SharePoint administration role.
• Must hold a valid Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or Azure Administrator Associate certification (or equivalent).
• Must obtain EU Restricted security clearance from the first day of collaboration.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Practical experience with IIS-based solutions and hybrid cloud integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Netcompany GetOrganized ECM platform.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OIDC and SAML 2.0.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Exchange Online.
