TL;DR
IT Support Engineer (IT Infrastructure): Maintaining and supporting corporate IT infrastructure, hardware, and software for employees with an accent on MDM solutions and network stability. Location: Ukraine, or Remote/On-site in Warsaw, Limassol, Yerevan

What you will do
- Setup and support the corporate office network.
- Maintain office computers and technical equipment, including modular repair.
- Manage assets, inventory systems, and credentials.
- Provide technical support to on-site and remote employees.
- Manage MDM, group policies, and access rights.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency in MDM solutions and network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
- Administrative level experience with MacOS and Windows, and basic Linux knowledge.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of ticket systems, wiki, and deployment tools.
- English: B1 level required
