Staff Systems Administrator – Endpoint Engineering

Location: Remote, Kraków, Poland

Salary: 250,000–374,000 PLN annual total compensation, including base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Define enterprise endpoint architecture patterns and technical strategy across management, security, deployment, and compliance.
• Lead endpoint roadmap initiatives involving Intune optimization, Autopilot improvements, Defender and Intune integration, and endpoint analytics.
• Design and implement endpoint hardening, security baselines, and least-privilege controls across platforms.
• Partner with IT Operations and Security to deliver documented, auditable initiatives with validated testing and remediation plans.
• Configure enforcement, remediation, reporting, staged rollouts, and repeatable deployment pipelines to improve operational consistency.
• Act as the highest-tier escalation point for complex endpoint incidents, lead root-cause analysis, mentor engineers, and maintain technical runbooks and standards.

Requirements

• Senior- or principal-level experience with enterprise endpoint platforms and security controls.
• Accountability for endpoint reliability and security outcomes in an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives across IT Operations and Security with disciplined execution and documented operating models.
• Ability to design and implement enforceable endpoint security baselines and least-privilege controls.
