What you will do

• Define and steward endpoint architecture patterns across management, security, deployment, and compliance.
• Lead technical roadmap initiatives, including Intune optimization and Autopilot improvements.
• Design and implement endpoint hardening, security baselines, and least privilege governance models.
• Partner with Security teams using a shared delivery model for baseline and security initiatives.
• Act as the final technical escalation point for complex fleet-wide endpoint incidents and lead root-cause analysis.
• Establish and maintain the endpoint engineering source of truth through high-quality runbooks and documentation.

Requirements

• Senior or principal-level experience using endpoint platforms and security controls in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives spanning IT Operations and Security.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing enforceable security baselines and least privilege controls.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Kraków, Poland
