Location: Remote (USA). Preferred residency in Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, or Oklahoma.
Salary: Base $75,000 - $85,000 + Commission target $50,000 - $55,000 annually.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within key strategic accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and account portfolio expansion.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and provide accurate performance forecasts to senior management.
- Manage account health and resolve client concerns to prevent churn and ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and opportunities within the CRM system (Salesforce).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and sales achievements.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Must be based in the USA (Preference for candidates in TX, LA, MO, NE, or OK).

- Experience with Channel Partners in the APAC region.
