What you will do

• Serve as the Tier-3/SME technical escalation point for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem.
• Resolve major and complex incidents across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Drive root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement durable fixes to prevent recurring issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings and Entra ID access controls to ensure security and compliance.
• Operate within an ITIL-aligned model, managing incidents, problems, and changes.

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Collaboration tools: Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Strong fundamentals in Identity & Access: Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC).
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for structured troubleshooting.
• French: B2 minimum required.
• English: Professional working proficiency required.
• Experience with ITIL practices and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Certifications: MS-102, SC-300, MS-700, or ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Knowledge of Okta/SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC) and PIM.
