What you will do

• Lead and mentor two Gen AI teams focused on developing next-generation conversational agents.
• Manage the team roadmap, facilitate team building, and oversee software project execution.
• Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and outcomes.
• Lead the development of Conversational Agents from concept design to production deployment.
• Research advanced AI technologies and integrate them with external APIs and services.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or a related degree.
• 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of LLM core concepts, including prompting and reasoning strategies.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• English: C1+ (Excellent spoken and written skills).

Nice to have

• Experience in designing agentic workflows.
• Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js.
• Experience with Langchain or Langraph.
