What you will do
- Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager.
- Co-design assessment processes, including scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools.
- Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to proactively build and engage top talent.
- Conduct competency and values-fit evaluations using structured interview methods.
- Ensure a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven track record of hiring GTM roles for B2B sales in the US.
- Strong structured approach to candidate quality assessment.
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy.
- Data-driven mindset for tracking funnel metrics and analyzing conversions.
- Must be based in the US (North Carolina, Florida, Texas, or Georgia).
