What you will do

  • Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager.
  • Co-design assessment processes, including scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools.
  • Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to proactively build and engage top talent.
  • Conduct competency and values-fit evaluations using structured interview methods.
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record of hiring GTM roles for B2B sales in the US.
  • Strong structured approach to candidate quality assessment.
  • Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy.
  • Data-driven mindset for tracking funnel metrics and analyzing conversions.
  • Must be based in the US (North Carolina, Florida, Texas, or Georgia).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the competency-based approach in interviewing.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
