TL;DR
Sales Development Manager (SaaS): Managing the outbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) team to drive pipeline growth through strategic outreach with an accent on performance coaching and outbound strategy implementation. Focus on recruiting, onboarding, and optimizing SDR workflows to maximize lead conversion.
Location: US Remote
Salary: $105,100 – $112,500 USD (depending on zone) + variable commission

What you will do
- Manage SDRs to achieve performance objectives and catalyze pipeline creation.
- Design and implement outbound SDR strategies and processes.
- Coach team members on best practices for cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
- Report operational and financial KPIs to senior management.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s to provide mentorship and support.
Requirements
- Direct experience as an SDR/BDR and previous team lead or management experience.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in SDR management.
- Proven track record in outbound cold-calling and pipeline generation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com is mandatory.
- Must be based in the United States.
