What you will do

• Supervise, schedule, train, and motivate delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flow, including sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch.
• Monitor delivery, handling-efficiency, safety, and quality metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, implement corrective actions, and improve station workflows.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate package and equipment records.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, management, and external partners to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of sorting, scanning, dispatching, and other logistics processes.
• Leadership, team-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and relevant operational software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
