What you will do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and support delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flow, including sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatching.
• Track operational metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Enforce operational procedures, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, implement corrective actions, and improve workflow.
• Conduct inventory checks, maintain package and equipment records, and present performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of sorting, scanning, dispatching, and other logistics processes.
• Leadership, team management, communication, and staff development skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
