What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 200-300 small accounts, creating personalized strategies for satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales growth through proactive cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
- Provide personalized after-sales support and proactive communication to clients.
- Educate clients on new product features and align them with specific use cases.
- Act as the primary link between customers and internal teams to provide product feedback.
- Conduct regular video meetings to demonstrate updates and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer-focused support or satisfaction roles.
- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
