What you will do

  • Drive adoption of hirify.global Payments and software solutions to ensure clients extract maximum value from POS products and modules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long-term partnerships and supporting client success.
  • Identify and execute revenue opportunities through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and guide customers toward advanced solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
  • Analyze account performance by tracking metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Net Retention Rate (NRR), and customer health.
  • Proactively manage churn and negotiate renewal agreements to secure favorable terms and growth targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • Proven success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles with a track record of achieving revenue and retention targets.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for forecasting, pipeline management, and data maintenance.
  • Strong skill in identifying client challenges and tailoring complex business solutions to meet their goals.
