What you will do
- Drive adoption of Payments and software solutions to maximize client value.
- Act as the primary point of contact to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Identify growth opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
- Deliver product demos and guide customers toward advanced solutions tailored to their needs.
- Analyze account performance metrics including MRR, NRR, and customer health.
- Negotiate and close agreements to achieve renewal and retention targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Must be based in Spain
- Proven success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles.
- Experience identifying client challenges and delivering strategic value.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline and data management.
- Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and navigate fast-paced environments.
