What you will do
- Drive adoption of Payments and software solutions to ensure clients extract maximum value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Guide account growth and upgrades by transitioning customers to advanced solutions.
- Create new revenue opportunities through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
- Deliver compelling product demos and monitor account performance metrics like MRR and NRR.
- Proactively manage churn and resolve issues to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish is mandatory
- Must be based in Spain
- Proven success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles.
- Strong ability to identify client challenges and deliver long-term value.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools for pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and secure agreements.
