What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of BY WMS for Fortune 500 companies across complex enterprise environments.
• Define and build custom functionality and interfaces using BY WMS application and MOCA.
• Design and build interfaces between BY WMS and enterprise applications, warehouse devices (RF, printers, conveyors), or other BY apps.
• Develop custom WMS labels and reports and manage database structures.
• Support all testing phases (unit, integration, end-to-end, UAT, smoke) and perform root cause analysis for defects.
• Mentor global technical teams and establish strong client relationships to ensure delivery within scope and time.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of BY WMS.
• Expert knowledge of BY SWMS tables, database structures, Oracle, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and building extensions for BY WMS using MOCA.
• Experience with Unix, Linux, Microsoft Azure, and AWS Cloud environments.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into accurate technical design documentation.
• Must be able to work with disparate global teams and accommodate time differences when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with BY Cognitive applications, BY Connect, DMS, or PDC.
• Knowledge of other WM tools such as Manhattan Associates, Korber, Oracle, SAP, or Infor.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools like Claude, OpenAI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, Dataiku, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Industry knowledge in consumer products (non-retail), manufacturing, life sciences, or automotive.
• Previous experience in a product support role.
