Salary: $97,530 – $146,290

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP manufacturing and business applications.
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements for enhancements and projects.
• Design, develop, and support SAP solutions, including ABAP development and reporting.
• Analyze complex business problems and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and user adoption efforts for new capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP applications in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, inventory management, and production processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (Sponsorship is NOT available).
• Must be able to work 5 days onsite in West Fargo, ND.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC and related manufacturing modules.
• ABAP development experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with audit and compliance requirements for enterprise systems.
