SAP Warehouse Management Consultant

TL;DR

SAP Warehouse Management Consultant (SAP WM/EWM and MM): Supporting and improving SAP-enabled supply chain, warehousing, material handling, and physical logistics capabilities with an accent on functional support, process analysis, and solution delivery. Focus on translating business requirements into functional solutions, defining MVPs, supporting implementations, and improving warehouse operations through automation.

Location: North York, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work with 3 days on-site per week

Salary: CAD 60,000–70,000 per year, negotiable

What you will do

• Support the supply chain warehousing IT roadmap through SAP improvements and solution deployments.
• Provide functional support for SAP WM/EWM, MM, and physical logistics, including incident resolution and user inquiries.
• Analyze warehouse processes and system functionality to identify gaps, improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements, define and validate MVPs, and translate business needs into functional documentation.
• Design business scenarios and use cases for new capabilities while supporting adoption and change management.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, product managers, business stakeholders, and global virtual teams in Agile delivery.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience with SAP Warehouse Management, SAP EWM, and/or SAP MM.
• Experience participating in full-lifecycle SAP warehouse solution implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills required for working with stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Experience collaborating with both business and IT teams.

Nice to have

• SAP certification.
• Business experience in supply chain or warehousing operations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Design Thinking.
