TL;DR
Sr Director, Demand Generation EMEA (SaaS): Owning and delivering the marketing pipeline across the EMEA region with an accent on building original, region-first demand generation programmes and ABM plays. Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — must be based in London and work from the office 3 days per week

What you will do
- Own and deliver 's EMEA pipeline contribution targets across all segments and sub-regions.
- Build original, EMEA-first demand generation programmes, including digital, ABM, and account-based plays.
- Partner with EMEA Sales leaders on account plans, pipeline coverage, and deal acceleration.
- Develop a coherent marketing strategy across diverse European markets, with specific depth in French and DACH.
- Lead and develop the EMEA demand generation function, including the Director of Field Marketing.
- Define co-marketing strategies with regional partners, resellers, and system integrators.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of owning and hitting pipeline numbers in a high-growth environment.
- Fluency in French or German is non-negotiable.
- Must be based in London and able to work in-office 3 days per week.
- Experience working autonomously within a US-headquartered company.
- Strong data-driven approach to attribution, forecasting, and performance analysis.
