What you will do

• Oversee media planning for major clients including Flutter Group, Tesco, and BT.
• Develop and deliver industry-leading implementation recommendations founded in insights to drive business results.
• Lead and mentor the implementation planning team, ensuring quality output and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Leadership team to refine and expand the agency's product offering.
• Drive new business acquisition by supporting the agency in winning new clients.
• Forge strategic relationships with media owners to identify and implement innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in media planning across both brand and response.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and managing people development.
• Ability to influence senior clients, directors, and internal stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Deep knowledge of industry-standard media planning tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in consultative selling.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office approximately four days a week
