Deal Desk Analyst

Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS): Managing quote and contract approval workflows to ensure adherence to company standards and operational efficiency with an accent on high-volume transaction processing and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on streamlining business processes, resolving Salesforce inquiries, and supporting the sales organization during critical month-end and quarter-end cycles.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from our Costa Rica office

What you will do

• Manage quote and contract approval workflows for pricing, discounts, and special terms.
• Provide guidance to Account Executives to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Resolve Salesforce cases related to quoting, pricing, and contracting inquiries.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for deal review and approval times.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure contract accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between sales, finance, product, and legal teams to facilitate deal closure.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Proven success in SaaS/B2B Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Order Management.
• Ability to handle high volumes of transactions with extreme attention to detail.
• Must be able to work extended hours at end of month and end of quarter.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
