TL;DR

Sales Manager (Manufacturing): Leading and optimizing inbound sales operations for a U.S.-based premium glass manufacturer with an accent on CRM discipline, lead lifecycle management, and team development. Focus on increasing conversion rates, managing high-volume inbound lead flows, and implementing data-driven sales strategies.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Panama, or Guatemala). Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize CRM operations, pipeline structure, and inbound workflows to ensure data hygiene and SLA compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, conducting performance reviews and managing recruitment for new members.
  • Manage high-volume inbound lead flow, optimizing distribution to maximize conversion and team efficiency.
  • Define and enforce call quality and communication standards, analyzing deal losses and coaching on objection handling.
  • Drive the sales function through data-backed initiatives, monitoring KPIs like close rate, average deal value, and revenue per rep.
  • Proactively initiate improvements across sales processes, tools, and marketing collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience leading teams of 5+ sales representatives.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems for daily operations and reporting.
  • Experience managing high-volume inbound sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Fluent English proficiency for working with US-based clients.
  • Must be based in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Panama, or Guatemala.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling inbound sales teams and improving conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with call tracking and call scoring tools.
  • Background in fast-growing or high-volume sales environments.
