TL;DR

Sales Account Executive (B2B Sales): Owning the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals and driving revenue growth. Focus on managing complex sales funnels, building relationships with executive-level decision-makers, and consistently hitting performance-driven revenue targets.

Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil. Working hours: U.S. (EST).

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, discovery, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage deal progression through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, or Business Development roles.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
  • Experience managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. (EST) hours.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B service-based companies or SaaS.
  • Background in mentoring junior sales representatives.
  • Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities.
