What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, discovery, and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage deal progression through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable sales forecasting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, or Business Development roles.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
- Experience managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. (EST) hours.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B service-based companies or SaaS.
- Background in mentoring junior sales representatives.
- Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities.
