What you will do

• Build and execute partner plans including joint value propositions, multi-year collaboration roadmaps, and co-selling strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to develop data integrations and vertical-AI capabilities for hirify.global solutions.
• Manage executive relationships as a strategic advisor and liaison for assigned global partners.
• Drive revenue growth through partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-product revenue pipelines.
• Enable partner organizations via integration certifications and investment in hirify.global solutions.
• Embed partner plans into the strategic goals of business units, R&D, and GTM functions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategic advisory, management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or native AI.
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, preferably from a management consulting background.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Sales) in a matrixed environment.
• Experience building complex multi-stakeholder partnership programs and joint GTM strategies.
• Comfortable operating across international time zones and willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.
