What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of regional partners, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and daily operations.
  • Formulate and execute regional market expansion strategies and industry penetration plans in collaboration with partners.
  • Independently identify and break through key enterprise customers to drive direct sales performance.
  • Track channel sales data, conduct business reviews, and continuously optimize partner strategies.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to provide full-link support for partners and end customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer demands to iterate on regional business policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, specifically in AI, RPA, SaaS, or ERP/CRM.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English as a working language.
  • Valid work permit for Chinese Mainland or Hong Kong.
  • Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle partner relationships and complete enterprise project sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required by the business.
