What you will do

• Lead production AI deployments across multiple customer deployments, owning technical delivery end-to-end.
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
• Partner with product management to translate customer needs into actionable product insights for the roadmap.
• Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work.
• Production-grade Python and SQL, plus strong command of REST API design and integrations.
• 2+ years experience in technical deployment/engineering; strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Open to a hybrid work model and able to work from Berlin or London office at least three days per week.
• Strong technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science).
