What you will do

• Design and build ML and LLM-powered solutions for customer memory and personalization.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of ML solutions from problem formulation to production deployment.
• Extract, validate, and apply customer knowledge in large-scale production systems.
• Drive work in fact extraction, memory lifecycle, and grounded personalization.
• Navigate complex tradeoffs between model quality, latency, and coverage.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate research into measurable customer impact.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or related research field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java.
• Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Haifa, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience building and launching deep learning models for business applications.
• Solid knowledge of big data and cloud technologies like Spark and AWS.
• Expertise in information retrieval, recommender systems, or NLP.
• Publications at top conferences such as KDD, ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, or EMNLP.
