Location: Remote within the US East Coast

Salary: $100,000 — $140,000 USD + Variable Compensation

What you will do

• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing security-focused partners.
• Organize and conduct training to ensure partners can effectively position, demo, and sell Blink.
• Facilitate engagement between hirify.global AEs and Partner Reps, manage deal registration, and mediate channel conflict.
• Develop and execute annual/quarterly business plans with focus partners.
• Collaborate across partner ecosystems and attend regional industry events.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years experience in Channel Management or Partner Sales within the Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or SaaS space.
• Strong relationships with key ecosystem and regional security partners in the territory.
• Proven track record of building territory plans and successfully executing to meet or exceed goals.
• Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tech stack.
• Ability to travel within the territory (approx. 30-50%) for partner meetings and events.
