Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of high-value EMEA customers to drive adoption and value realization of the NodeZero platform with an accent on technical onboarding and offensive security strategy. Focus on increasing retention and growth (ARR/NRR) while partnering with security leaders and technical stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in the UK, Germany, France, or The Netherlands
Compensation: EUR 100,000 - 140,000 annually (OTE)

is a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company providing autonomous pentesting via its flagship NodeZero platform.
What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of EMEA customers as the primary post-sales technical advisor to guide successful platform adoption.
- Deliver technical onboarding and enablement to ensure customers realize maximum value from advanced features.
- Partner with SOC, red/blue teams, and AppSec to interpret pentest results and guide offensive security strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to drive retention and growth based on ARR, NRR, and GRR targets.
- Act as a customer advocate by relaying technical feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to align on strategy and showcase business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS cybersecurity environment.
- Required: Proficiency in French or German.
- Business fluency in English.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security, information technology, cloud, or offensive security.
- Must be based in the UK, Germany, France, or The Netherlands.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and JIRA.
Nice to have
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.
