TL;DR

Membership Executive (Inside Sales): Managing the existing Chinese market to maximize revenue through upselling and upgrades with an accent on customer satisfaction and value perception. Focus on identifying growth opportunities via data analysis and hosting targeted webinars to drive solution adoption.

Location: Hybrid in Hong Kong (8 days a month from the office)

What you will do

  • Manage the existing Chinese market to drive revenue through upsells and upgrades.
  • Develop and host webinars to improve value perception and drive interest in various solutions.
  • Coordinate with frontline teams to open upselling opportunities and optimize value-based content.
  • Analyze complex information and trends to prepare technical reports on market status.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to share best practices and success stories.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Business Development or SDR.
  • Proven experience in sales, upselling, or inside sales with proactive outreach skills.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts.
  • Ability to interpret data to identify actionable growth opportunities.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Confidence and experience presenting to large groups.
