What you will do

  • Own revenue growth for an assigned portfolio of SME and growth-stage customers.
  • Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities using product and transaction signals.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with founders, finance leaders, and C-level decision-makers.
  • Execute high-urgency, multi-channel outreach to generate pipeline and progress deals.
  • Manage a disciplined sales pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, risk, and marketing teams to solve customer problems and deliver commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or account management experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.
  • Proven track record of proactive outreach and closing deals within an existing customer base.
  • Experience selling to SME or mid-market businesses with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong.
